In this short video, Untung ta Kalasan (Forest of Life), Eneriza Menaling, shares her story and that of the forests and her community in Bendum. Eneriza is a Pulangiyēn youth from Bendum, an upland village in Malaybalay, Bukidnon, in northern Mindanao, Philippines. Eneriza grew up surrounded by the lasang (forest) and gaup (ancestral domain), both of which shape her people’s life and spirit. Recently, Eneriza joined the River Above Asia Oceania Network (RAOEN) youth delegation that participated in the global climate summit, COP30, in Belém, Brazil from 10 to 21 November 2025.
